柴油发电机的维护

一、 日常维护：

1.检查柴油发电机的日常工作报告。

2.检查柴油发电机：油位和冷却液液位。

3.每天检查柴油发电机有无损坏和泄漏，皮带是否松动或磨损。

二、 每周维护：

1.重复a级柴油发电机的日常检查。

2.检查空气滤清器，清洁或换空气滤清器芯。

3.排放燃油箱和燃油滤清器中的水或沉积物。

4.检查滤水器。

5.检查起动机蓄电池。

6.启动柴油发电机并检查冲击。

7.用清水清洁冷却器前端和后端的散热片。

三．发电机组检修技术规程

● 燃油注入油箱和化油器。避免因长期停留而使残余燃油胶结，堵塞燃油通道和化油器油道，粘结浮子针等。● 取出火花塞，滴几滴清洁的机油，排空几次，在气缸壁上形成一层粘膜。（此时关闭熄火开关，如果没有熄火开关，注意高压点火线，避免高压触电）。如果条件允许，也可以拆下气缸盖，并使用竹屑清除燃烧室中的积碳。● 清洁化油器和空气滤清器。拆卸化油器和空气滤清器，分别放入装有清洁纯汽油的清洁容器中，清洁后取出，自然挥发风干后安装修复。● 清除机身积灰，尤其是散热片。清洁后，在金属零件表面涂抹少量机油，以避免生锈和氧化。● 包装汽油发电机包装后应存放在干燥通风处。
